By implementing several self-managing mini-labs (under the guidance of The Center) they improved productivity by 50% in the first 18 months, increased profit margins by 20-25%, reduced turn-around time from 28 to 14 days (and in special cases 24 hours) and reduced internal handoffs between departments by 500%.
