Ward is a successful business services executive with over 30 years experience leading and managing individuals, teams and organizations. As an independent management consultant, Mr. Anderson provided business management consulting services to public and private firms such as Old Mutual Capital, Jackson National Life, AIMCO, Colorado Golf Club and Dale Carnegie Training.

Mr. Anderson was Senior Vice President and Board Member for a $20 million business unit of a Fortune 500 Corporation. Prior to his C Level and Board Governance duties, Ward had leadership roles as Vice President of Corporate Development (M&A), Vice President of Marketing and President of a Securities Broker/Dealer.

Mr. Anderson has served on the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, Retirement & Estate Planning Committee; Association for Corporate Growth, Denver Chapter, Executive Committee and Board Member.

Mr. Anderson completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Brigham Young University and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 Securities Licenses.
